Dog Control Orders Consultation
| Lewisham Council is currently undertaking a public consultation in regards to intriducing Dog Control Orders.Public opinion is being sought to insure that the proposals are fair and fully representive .
There has been a change in legislation which allows for 5 main offences. Dog Fouling ,Dogs on a lead, Dog exclutions,The number of Dogs a person can is allowed to bring onto public land and a requirement to put a dog on the lead at the direction of an authorised officer.
